Mini Blueberry Mousse Cakes with Mirror Glaze

This recipe will make 15 mini 2-inch spheres or equivalent larger cakes, or one larger 6 or 8-inch cake (use a cake pan lined with a piece of acetate or a silicone cake mold to assemble).
